The team behind director Paul George’s pan-Indian movie ‘Kattalan’, starring actor Antony Varghese (Pepe), has finished filming in Vagamon. Cube Entertainments, the film’s production house, shared a behind-the-scenes video on social media announcing the wrap-up of the Vagamon schedule. The teaser for ‘Kattalan’ is set to release on Jan 16, 2026, as part of a Cubes International Initiative.
The production house had previously paid tribute to the stuntmen involved in the movie, showcasing their dedication. Fans and movie enthusiasts have shown immense interest in ‘Kattalan’, a high-octane action thriller produced by Shareef Muhammed of Cubes Entertainments, known for the hit film ‘Marco’. The movie, directed by Paul George, stars Antony Varghese (Pepe), Rajisha Vijayan, Rapper Baby Jean, Telugu actor Sunil, actor Kabir Duhan Singh, and veteran Malayalam actors Jagadeesh and Siddique in key roles.
The film also welcomes actors Parth Tiwari, Anson Paul, and promising talent Shon Joy. The script for ‘Kattalan’ is a collaborative effort by Paul George, Joby Varghese, and Jero Jacob, promising a gripping narrative of power, betrayal, and dangerous missions. The movie features music by Ajaneesh Loknath, choreography by Sharief, costumes by Dhanya Balakrishnan, cinematography by Renadive, and editing by Shameer Muhammed.
