Production of ‘Lakshmikanthan Kolai Vazhkku’ Wraps Up Shooting

The filming of director Dayal Padmanabhan’s anticipated period crime thriller ‘Lakshmikanthan Kolai Vazhkku’, starring Vetri, has concluded its shooting schedule. 2m Cinemas, the film’s production house, shared the news on Instagram, revealing that post-production is now underway. The movie, shot extensively in and around Chennai, has moved into the post-production phase.

The first look of the film was unveiled by filmmaker Vetrimaran, who praised the team’s dedication and sincerity. ‘Lakshmikanthan Kolai Vazhkku’, directed by Dayal Padmanabhan and produced by K.V. Sabareesh under 2M Cinemas, boasts a talented cast including Vetri, Rangaraj Pandey, Brigida, and others. The film’s narrative gains depth from the significant role played by Suba. Veerapandiyan.

Director Dayal Padmanabhan expressed that the film is a product of strong conviction and teamwork. He believes the movie will resonate with audiences and spark contemplation. Producer K V Sabareesh commended the team for their commitment and clarity in bringing the vision to life, aiming to offer a meaningful cinematic experience.

The screenplay and dialogues for ‘Lakshmikanthan Kolai Vazhkku’ were crafted by Kavitha Bharathi and Dayal Padmanabhan. M V Paneerselvam handled the cinematography, V Boopathi managed the editing, and Darbuka Siva composed the music and background score.
