Director General of Police (DGP) Gaurav Yadav instructed police officials to ensure foolproof security arrangements in their respective areas. Police teams, led by Commissioners of Police (CPs) and Senior Superintendents of Police (SSPs), marched in vulnerable districts to boost public confidence and prepare for any potential incidents. Special Director General of Police (Law and Order) Arpit Shukla mentioned that officers conducted flag marches to enhance public confidence and readiness among police personnel. Additionally, a special cordon and search operation (CASO) was carried out under the supervision of a SP-rank officer at various crowded locations like railway stations, bus stands, markets, and public parks. The police emphasized friendly and polite interactions with individuals during security checks to maintain a positive atmosphere.
