Rajasthan Chief Minister, Bhajanlal Sharma, criticized the Congress for politicizing the gas shortage matter. He questioned whether the issue was being unfairly turned into a political agenda. Sharma emphasized that the state government swiftly acted to prevent any inconvenience to citizens by ensuring no gas-related difficulties in Rajasthan.
Expressing confidence in the Centre’s management, Sharma stated that the situation was under control. He highlighted that the state government had increased gas stock from five to eight days and planned further augmentation in the future. Sharma accused Congress leaders of tarnishing the country’s image and emphasized the need to recognize the efforts made for citizen welfare.
Speaking at the ‘Udyami Samvad’ program, Sharma criticized the previous regime for lacking a clear policy framework. He pledged uninterrupted electricity supply by 2027 for farmers and industries, emphasizing the importance of electricity and water for development. Sharma also mentioned the distribution of financial aid to young entrepreneurs and strict actions taken against offenders affecting the youth.
Furthermore, an MoU has been signed with Japanese investors to establish an electric vehicle manufacturing unit in Rajasthan. Sharma commended entrepreneurs for contributing to both business growth and the state’s economy. Referring to Rajasthan Day, he highlighted the state’s formation history and its celebration on Chaitra Shukla Pratipada.
