Late Bollywood actor Rajiv Kapoor, also known as Chimpu, expressed his pride in his nieces Karisma Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor for continuing the Kapoor family legacy in a past interview with Lehren TV. Rajiv highlighted that the entire Kapoor family is immensely proud of the success achieved by Karisma and Kareena, referring to them as integral members of the family.

He emphasized the joy felt when people commend and shower love on the Kapoor sisters, acknowledging the positive reception they receive for honoring their family’s heritage. Rajiv Kapoor expressed his happiness and extended his blessings, hoping for even greater accomplishments for both Karisma and Kareena in the future.

Rajiv Kapoor concluded the interview by expressing his contentment and stating his heartfelt prayers for the continued success and pride brought by the Kapoor sisters to their family, parents, and grandfather. He reflected on his role as an uncle, expressing his gratitude for the achievements of Karisma and Kareena in the film industry.

Karisma Kapoor made her debut in Bollywood at the age of 16 with the film “Prem Qaidi” in 1991, establishing herself as one of the youngest actresses in mainstream Hindi cinema during the 1990s and early 2000s. On the other hand, Kareena Kapoor entered the industry at 19 with “Refugee” in 2000 and has since delivered numerous successful films over her 25-year career, including hits like “Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham” and “Jab We Met.”
