Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath visited Hanuman Garhi in Ayodhya to offer prayers to Lord Hanuman. They then proceeded to the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi complex, where they prayed at the Ram Lalla temple and the Ram Darbar.
The leaders performed rituals, including aarti and circumambulation of the temple, praying for peace, prosperity, and the welfare of the nation and Uttar Pradesh. Amid chants of Jai Shri Ram and Vedic mantras, they hoisted a religious flag atop the Maa Annapurna temple within the complex.
A festive atmosphere prevailed as devotees greeted the leaders with loud chants of “Jai Shri Ram.” Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath interacted with the crowd, blessing children gathered at the site. The temple complex saw a large influx of devotees from various parts of the country and abroad on the occasion of Pratishtha Dwadashi.
Devotees described the experience as spiritually uplifting and peaceful, with the temple complex resonating with devotional slogans. The day included Tatvakalash rituals, havan, mantra chanting, and special prayers, all conducted as part of the religious observances.
Elaborate arrangements were made by the temple administration, with additional security personnel and volunteers ensuring smooth crowd management and convenience for devotees.
