Actor Randeep Hooda reminisced about his role as Shankar Singh Malik in the 2016 film “Laal Rang,” marking a decade since its release. Hooda expressed his attachment to the character, asking fans about their favorite moments from the movie. Directed by Syed Ahmad Afzal and produced by Nitika Thakur in association with Krian Media, the film stars Randeep, Akshay Oberoi, and Piaa Bajpai in key roles.
Rajesh and Shankar’s journey into the illegal blood bank trade forms the core plot of the movie, leading them to confront the repercussions of their choices. The film, supported by Krian Media, features cinematography by Dhirendra Shukla and editing by Shounok Ghosh. Hooda is now gearing up for his upcoming project post fatherhood, having completed the first schedule of an untitled drama.
In his next venture, directed by Anjit Bhatnagar, Randeep is set to portray a Haryanvi Jaat character, delving into a narrative inspired by true events. Additionally, he will play a significant role in “Eetha,” a film starring Shraddha Kapoor, centered around the life of Marathi folk dancer Vithabai Narayangaonkar.
