Karan expressed his anticipation for Rani’s upcoming crime drama, “Mardaani 3,” in the post.
Directed by Abhiraj Minawala and scripted by Aayush Gupta, known for ‘The Railway Men,’ “Mardaani 3” will see Rani reprising her role as Shivani Shivaji Roy. Produced by Aditya Chopra under Yash Raj Films, the movie aims to shed light on the harsh realities of society, continuing the franchise’s exploration of topics like human trafficking and serial crimes. The film is set to hit theaters on January 30.
During their conversation, Rani thanked Karan for supporting her ‘voice’ when others doubted it. She recalled how Karan insisted on her dubbing for “Kuch Kuch Hota Hai” in her own voice, a decision that shaped her identity as an actor. Rani acknowledged Karan’s unwavering belief in her, highlighting his pivotal role in preserving her unique voice in the industry.
