Bollywood star Ranveer Singh’s blockbuster “Dhurandhar” Part 1 is gearing up for a release in Japan on July 10, following its global success. The film, directed by Aditya Dhar, has already made waves worldwide.
Jio Studios and B62 Studios recently unveiled the movie’s poster on Instagram, featuring the title in English and other details in Japanese. The caption revealed the film’s Japanese debut date of 10.7.2026, inviting Japanese audiences to witness the “Dhurandhar energy” in theaters.
Having earned a staggering Rs. 1328 crores globally upon its initial release on December 5, 2025, the spy action entertainer’s first installment has broken records. According to the makers, it has achieved significant milestones internationally, becoming the top Hindi film in North America and the highest-grossing Indian film in Canada and Australia.
Starring Ranveer Singh, Akshaye Khanna, Sanjay Dutt, and others, “Dhurandhar” is a two-part series. The first film revolves around a high-stakes covert counter-terrorism mission involving an Indian intelligence agent infiltrating Karachi’s criminal and political networks in Pakistan to thwart a terror plot against India.
