Voters at both constituencies reported no tension during the re-polling. Some voters at Magrahat (Paschim) expressed confusion over the need for re-polling, citing the absence of violence during the initial polling on April 29.
Voting is underway at specific booths in Magrahat (Paschim) and Diamond Harbour constituencies. Polling at these 15 booths is scheduled to continue until 6 P.M., with provisions to accommodate voters in line by that time. Both constituencies went to polls in the second phase of the West Bengal Assembly elections on April 29.
