A total of 28,107 citizens visited the Jan Kalyan Shivirs organized by the Delhi government on the second day of the three-day event. Chief Minister Rekha Gupta highlighted the success of the initiative in providing public services directly to the people’s doorsteps, saving time and effort for the attendees.
The citizens received information on various government schemes, services, and grievance redressal during the camps. The total number of visitors over the first two days reached 43,973, with attendees availing government services and submitting applications to address their grievances.
Various centers, including Trilokpuri, Gokalpur, and Savitri Nagar, witnessed high footfalls with citizens seeking solutions to their concerns. The camps saw participation from individuals applying for welfare schemes like ration cards, Ayushman Cards, and pensions, with officials facilitating the processes promptly.
Attendance exceeded 1,000 at multiple centers, reflecting the significant public interest in availing benefits under different government schemes and services. The on-the-spot verification of documents by officials ensured a streamlined process for the citizens.
