Standing 60 feet long, 22 feet high, and 45 feet wide, the installation depicts Santa Claus holding a globe to symbolize global peace and harmony, showcasing Pattnaik’s unique style of conveying social messages through sand art.
The project, led by Sudarsan Pattnaik with the help of 30 students from his Sand Art Institute, emphasizes his dedication to nurturing young talent and promoting sand art as a meaningful form of expression. Pattnaik expressed joy over the achievement, describing the installation as a Christmas gift for all. The globe in Santa Claus’s hand signifies a message of global peace, with the record-breaking feat bringing immense pride to the team involved.
