Reza Pahlavi, the son of Iran’s last Shah, has declared Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei as eliminated, urging regime officials to surrender power. Pahlavi labeled Khamenei as “the Zahhak of our time,” blaming him for recent atrocities in Iran. He emphasized the imminent downfall of the Islamic Republic with Khamenei’s demise.
Pahlavi directly addressed the regime officials, demanding their surrender to the people of Iran and the Transition System. He warned against any successor to Khamenei, stating that such an appointment would lack legitimacy and be complicit in the regime’s crimes. Pahlavi called for a shift in allegiance within the security establishment to defend Iranians against the regime’s oppression.
The exiled leader urged Iranians to mobilize and prepare for significant street presence. He encouraged supporters to express their demands for Iran’s future through nighttime chants and demonstrations. Pahlavi also called on Iranians abroad to amplify the voice of those in Iran and support the regime’s collapse.
Reza Pahlavi, residing in the US since the 1979 Iranian Revolution, has positioned himself as a potential transitional figure towards democracy in Iran. His recent statements reflect a strong stance against the current regime and a call for a new era in Iran.
