The Sapt Shakti Command observed its 22nd Raising Day at the Jaipur Military Station. Established in 2005, it stands as the Indian Army’s seventh and youngest Command. Lieutenant General Manjinder Singh, the Army Commander of the Sapt Shakti Command, congratulated all ranks, veterans, and defense personnel on this significant day. He praised the dedication and sacrifices of past and present soldiers that have contributed to the Command’s remarkable journey.
A wreath-laying ceremony at Prerna Sthal honored the brave soldiers who sacrificed their lives in service to the nation. The Chief of Staff of the Sapt Shakti Command, Lieutenant General P. S. Shekhawat, led the ceremony, paying respects alongside veterans. The Command, guided by the motto “Sarvada Vijayee Bhava” (May You Always Be Victorious), has maintained high standards of professional excellence over the past twenty-two years.
Symphony band concerts at the Jaipur Military Station and Jawahar Kala Kendra marked the occasion, filling the air with patriotic melodies. The Chief of Staff, addressing all ranks at a special Sainik Sammelan, praised the Command’s commitment to operational readiness and modern strategies. He emphasized the importance of unity and coordination in facing diverse operational challenges, expressing gratitude to families, veterans, and war widows for their unwavering support.
