Seven people lost their lives in separate road accidents in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. In Telangana’s Sangareddy district, three youths died when their motorcycle plunged into a ditch on the Nizampet-Bidar highway. The victims were identified as Avuti Narasimhulu (27), Jinna Mallesh (24), and Jinna Mahesh (23), all residents of Narsapur.
In another tragic incident in Telangana’s Jagtial district, a couple, Lingaiah (50) and Lacchava (48) from Abdullapur, died on the spot after a trolley vehicle collided with their bike near Gollapalli. Moving to Andhra Pradesh, two individuals, P. Vinay Kumar and Dinesh from Visakhapatnam, lost their lives when their van hit a tree at Gajapatinagar in Vizianagaram district. The occupants were returning from Rayagada in Odisha.
Authorities have initiated investigations into these accidents, with police registering cases in each instance. The accidents have highlighted safety concerns on the highways, emphasizing the need for stringent measures to prevent such tragedies.
