Actress Shanaya Kapoor delighted fans by posting a sweet throwback video on social media, featuring herself and cousin Janhvi Kapoor during their childhood days. The clip captures the two sisters, then toddlers, joyfully playing and laughing around their house. Janhvi, in a bright blue outfit, and Shanaya, in a white frock, appear to be around five to six years old and two to three years old, respectively. The video, seemingly filmed at home by a family member, showcases the playful bond between the cousins.
Shanaya Kapoor, daughter of actor Sanjay Kapoor and Maheep Kapoor, and Janhvi Kapoor, daughter of filmmaker Boney Kapoor and late actress Sridevi, belong to the Kapoor family. The extended Kapoor family includes actors Arjun Kapoor, Sonam Kapoor, Khushi Kapoor, and Anshula Kapoor as their first cousins. Janhvi made her Bollywood debut in 2018 with the film “Dhadak,” post her mother’s demise, while Shanaya entered Bollywood in 2025 with “Aankhon Ki Gustaakhiyan” opposite Vikrant Massey. Despite a lukewarm response to her latest film “Tu Ya Mein,” Shanaya continues her journey in the film industry.
