Bangladesh’s former Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina conveyed Eid greetings to the citizens, emphasizing that the real joy of the festival would be felt through Awami League’s success.
In a statement released by the Awami League, Hasina, despite her absence in the country, affirmed her dedication to the “freedom of the people of the country.”
On the occasion of Eid, Hasina prayed for the well-being of every individual in the nation, expressing her desire for Eid to be a genuine celebration for all hardworking citizens.
She pointed out a significant conspiracy affecting the fate of the impoverished people of Bangladesh, highlighting the challenges faced by the nation since August 5, 2024.
Hasina criticized the previous interim government led by Muhammad Yunus, attributing the country’s economic struggles to flawed policies and global crises, urging the privileged to support the underprivileged for a more joyful Eid.
