The Superintendent of Police in Singrauli, Manish Khatri, announced that the four remaining suspects in the Bank of Maharashtra robbery case in Waidhan town have been identified and will soon be apprehended. The breakthrough came after the interrogation of Kamlesh Kumar, one of the arrested individuals, who disclosed crucial information about his accomplices. Kamlesh Kumar was caught with cash and gold jewelry believed to be part of the stolen loot.
Raids are currently ongoing to capture the accused individuals, including Pankaj from Jharkhand, Chhotu from Bihar, Rajesh Kumar from Giridih, and another suspect from Nalanda. Kamlesh Kumar, alias Gorelal, was arrested in Bihar with the help of the Railway Protection Force while trying to escape. He has been providing valuable leads to the police, aiding in the identification and tracking of the remaining suspects.
The arrested accused, Kamlesh Kumar, has a criminal history in Bihar, with previous cases related to loot and ransom. He was remanded to police custody for eight days for further questioning, which is yielding significant information about the robbery and the absconding suspects. The Madhya Pradesh Police has offered a reward for information leading to the capture of the remaining accused.
