Bollywood actress Sonakshi Sinha, preparing for her upcoming film ‘System,’ expressed her disagreement with the idea of cinema solely driving social change. During the movie’s promotion in Mumbai, she emphasized that films are primarily for entertainment and not moral instruction. Sinha believes that values and ethics should be instilled at home and in schools, not through movies. She highlighted the importance of audience discernment and emphasized that films are meant for entertainment, not moral guidance.

She stressed that viewers should make their own judgments and learn values at home. Sinha encouraged audiences to enjoy films as stories, asserting that good stories can prompt reflection without imposing morals. ‘System,’ produced by Pammi Baweja, Harman Baweja, and Smitha Baliga, is set to release on Prime Video on May 22.
