Singer Sonu Nigam recently reminisced about his early days by posting throwback photos from 1993 on his Instagram. The pictures were taken at Filmistan Studio, Goregaon, during the recording of “Main Duniya Teri Chhod Chala.” This track was part of the album “Bewafa” released under the T-Series label on July 1, 1993.
Sonu Nigam also shared a video clip from his 1997 music video ‘Sapne Ki Baat Main Bataoon’ last week, reflecting on his journey in the entertainment industry. Starting his career in the early 1990s, Sonu gained fame with songs like “Achha Sila Diya,” “Sandese Aate Hai,” and “Yeh Dil Deewana.” His music album “Deewana” in 1999 further solidified his popularity.
Having recorded over 6,000 songs in more than 32 languages during his three-decade-long career, Sonu Nigam received the Padma Shri award in 2022 for his significant contributions to music. Besides singing, he also ventured into acting with the 2002 film “Jaani Dushman: Ek Anokhi Kahani.”
