Tollywood star Ram Charan’s younger sister and Megastar Chiranjeevi’s daughter, Sreeja Konidela, recently shared her mental health journey on social media. She expressed how she used to define herself based on her past experiences but has now chosen to heal and move away from a victim mentality. Sreeja reflected on questioning the reasons behind her struggles and pain.

In a video on her official Instagram account, Sreeja mentioned feeling trapped in a cycle of questioning why challenges kept arising in her life. She emphasized her shift from feeling like a victim to realizing her ability to shape her own life. Sreeja acknowledged that she had long associated her identity with her past hardships.

Sreeja revealed that she had allowed her painful past to shape her identity for a significant period. However, she shared that she has started to see beyond her pain and struggles. While acknowledging that her past remains a part of her, she highlighted the beauty of discovering the various layers of her identity.

At the age of 19, Sreeja eloped with her boyfriend in 2007 and later faced challenges, including filing a dowry and harassment case against him and his family. Despite the hardships, she found strength in her journey and emphasized the importance of looking beyond one’s past experiences.
