Singh, who led by one after 15 holes, eventually tied the match with Hack on the 18th hole at the Classic Golf & Country Club in Nuh, Haryana.
Despite Hack’s impressive performance, Singh responded with a remarkable shot, matching Hack’s play and securing a tie. Singh expressed satisfaction with the outcome, highlighting the intensity of the match and his pride in being selected for the singles.
In other matches, Captain Ajeetesh Sandhu’s Rajasthan Regals had a successful day, remaining unbeaten against the Kolkata Classics. The Regals secured victories in both singles and foursomes, with notable performances from Akshay Sharma and Jairaj Singh Sandhu.
Rajasthan’s K. Prabagaran made history by claiming the first win of the league, defeating veteran Mukesh Kumar. Prabagaran’s strong performance, including crucial birdies and solid putting, marked a proud moment for him in the new league.
