Tej Pratap Yadav, Chief of Janshakti Janata Dal (JJD) and former Bihar Minister, has accused his former aide Akash Yadav and others of plotting to kill him and his father, RJD supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav. Tej Pratap filed a police complaint in Patna, stating that a conspiracy was afoot against his family.
In a press conference, Tej Pratap disclosed that a case had been registered against Akash Yadav, Anushka Yadav, and six others. He expressed concerns about his and his father’s safety, emphasizing that the alleged conspirators were tarnishing his reputation and targeting his family.
The controversy stems from Tej Pratap’s previous statements about his relationship with Anushka Yadav, leading to disciplinary action against him by Lalu Prasad Yadav. Tej Pratap clarified that a social media post on the matter resulted from an alleged hacking incident, which he termed a misunderstanding. Both sides have lodged complaints, with investigations ongoing to ascertain the truth behind the threats and conspiracy allegations.
