Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) working president K.T. Rama Rao expressed pride in NITI Aayog’s recognition of Telangana’s TS-iPASS policy as the nation’s best. The policy, crafted during K. Chandrasekhar Rao’s tenure, aimed to make the state an industrial hub. Rama Rao lauded the system for attracting investments totaling ₹2.6 lakh crore and generating employment for over 25 lakh individuals.

NITI Aayog’s acknowledgment of TS-iPASS as a transformative model for the country within a decade was attributed to KCR’s foresight by Rama Rao. The BRS government’s efficient implementation of a transparent policy, ensuring quick permissions and curbing corruption, facilitated substantial growth in industries. Rama Rao emphasized the enduring impact of TS-iPASS in attracting diverse investors to Telangana.

Rama Rao highlighted the government’s success in removing barriers to industrial setup and streamlining approval processes through a single window. He credited the policy’s transparency and efficient execution for the state’s remarkable progress in industrial development. The recognition from NITI Aayog underscores Telangana’s emergence as a leading destination for investments and business opportunities.
