Television host and actress Mini Mathur recently delighted her followers with snapshots from her solo trip to Phuket, terming it a “foodie trip.” She shared a collection of videos and photos showcasing her exploration of highly-rated, traditional spots on the Thai island, offering her fans a curated list of eateries and must-try dishes.

During her journey, Mini indulged in local delicacies like crab spinach curry, pomelo salad, sticky rice mango, chilli basil pork, tom yum, mango chia coconut pudding, and more. She also suggested stops for cold brews and signature dishes, expressing her newfound addiction to solo food trips and hinting at more such adventures in the future.

Mini Mathur, known for her hosting skills, gained fame in the early 2000s, especially for her on-screen chemistry with Hussain Kuwajerwala on “Indian Idol.” Married to filmmaker Kabir Khan, Mini was seen riding a scooter through palm-lined streets, capturing the essence of her solo escapade.
