The upcoming action entertainer, tentatively known as #Mega158, starring Megastar Chiranjeevi, will have Thaman as the music director. KVN Productions, the film’s production house, announced this news on social media. Thaman expressed excitement about composing music for the film and referred to it as “MEGA – 158.”
The film also features cinematographer Vijay Karthik Kannan, recognized for his work in various films, as the Director of Photography. Chiranjeevi had recently shared a video showcasing his intense workout routine for the movie. The project, a collaboration between Chiranjeevi and director Bobby Kolli, is set to kick off on May 21.
Megastar Chiranjeevi, in preparation for his role, has been undergoing rigorous training, focusing on power, strength, and stamina. The film’s poster, with the tagline “The blade that set the bloody benchmark,” hints at intense action sequences. Director Bobby and Chiranjeevi had previously collaborated on the action film ‘Waltair Veerayya.’
