Three children from a family in Bihar’s Aurangabad district were tragically murdered by their uncle. The incident took place in Khuthatan village, where the accused, identified as Amant Pal, attacked his two nephews and niece by slitting their throats with a sharp weapon. The victims, 10-year-old Anish Kumar, 7-year-old Ayush Kumar, and 5-year-old Anushka Kumari, were the children of Guddu Pal.

The brutal act has shocked the entire region, instilling fear and disbelief among villagers. The accused, after entering the house and turning on a loudspeaker, carried out the attack, despite the children’s cries for help. Following the crime, the accused attempted suicide by slitting his own throat and is currently receiving medical treatment in Patna due to his critical condition.

Police authorities suspect the accused, who is the younger brother in the family, to be behind the crime. An investigation is ongoing to uncover the motive behind this tragic incident. The community is mourning the loss of the innocent children, with family members devastated by the heartbreaking event.

Detailing the incident, Daudnagar SDPO Ashok Kumar Das mentioned that upon receiving the information, the police swiftly responded by initiating an investigation in collaboration with the Hasanpur police station. Guddu Pal, the father of the deceased children, works as a cook in a train pantry car.
