Three individuals lost their lives, and 26 others sustained injuries in a tragic road accident near Biaora in Madhya Pradesh’s Rajgarh district. The incident occurred early Thursday when a bus carrying a wedding party from Morena to Ujjain overturned on the National Highway near Kachari village. Among the injured were several women and young children from the Tomar family.

The bus, carrying 45 members of the Tomar family, met with the accident as it approached Kachari village, veering off the road and overturning. The impact was severe, leaving the bus severely damaged and passengers violently thrown around. Emergency services promptly transported the injured to Biaora Civil Hospital, where chaos and distress filled the air.

At the hospital, three individuals were pronounced dead upon arrival, while 26 others received immediate medical attention. Eight of the injured are in critical condition with severe head, chest, and spine injuries. These patients were stabilized and transferred to a hospital in Bhopal for specialized care, while the remaining 18 are under treatment in Biaora.

The group of injured individuals includes seven women and four children, one of whom, a five-year-old, is in serious condition. The tragic incident has cast a shadow over the wedding celebrations in Morena and Ujjain, with both families mourning the sudden loss. Authorities have initiated an investigation into the accident.
