Tickets for the 2026 Women’s Premier League (WPL) matches in Navi Mumbai and Vadodara will be available for purchase starting from December 26 at 6 pm IST, as announced by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI). The WPL 2026 tournament will take place at DY Patil Sports Academy in Navi Mumbai and BCA Stadium in Vadodara. The BCCI has designated District as the official ticketing agency for this fourth edition of the TATA WPL, with tickets accessible through the official WPL website, WPL app on Android and iOS, and the District website.
The Women’s Premier League 2026 is scheduled to commence on January 9 with defending champions Mumbai Indians, led by Harmanpreet Kaur, facing off against 2024 winners Royal Challengers Bengaluru, captained by Smriti Mandhana. Navi Mumbai will host 11 matches until January 17, following which the tournament will move to Vadodara for the remaining 11 fixtures, including the playoffs. Gujarat Giants will kick off the Vadodara leg by playing against RCB, with subsequent matches including a rematch of the 2025 final between Delhi Capitals, led by Jemimah Rodrigues, and Mumbai Indians.
The league stage of the Women’s Premier League will conclude on February 1, with the Eliminator match, contested by the second- and third-placed teams, set for February 3. The table topper will secure a direct spot in the final, scheduled for February 5. Notably, the 2026 WPL season has been rescheduled to January-February to avoid overlapping with major women’s international cricket fixtures, a shift from the previous February-March slot. Mumbai Indians, with two titles under their belt, enter as the defending champions, while Royal Challengers Bengaluru are the only other team to have clinched the WPL trophy.
