The Defence Ministry announced that ticket sales for the Republic Day Parade 2026 on January 26, the Full Dress Rehearsal of Beating Retreat on January 28, and the main Beating Retreat ceremony on January 29 will start on January 5. Tickets for the Republic Day Parade are priced at Rs 100 and Rs 20 and will be available from 9 a.m. on January 5 until the daily quota is met.

The ticket prices for the Full Dress Rehearsal of Beating Retreat are set at Rs 20, while those for the Beating Retreat ceremony are priced at Rs 100. Interested individuals can purchase tickets directly from the Aamantran website (www.aamantran.mod.gov.in).

Additionally, tickets can be bought from designated booths/counters at six locations upon presenting an Original Photo ID Card such as Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Driving License, PAN Card, Passport, or ID Card issued by the Central/state government. The same Photo ID Card must be carried for all three events, as stated by the Ministry.

The booth locations include Sena Bhawan, Shastri Bhawan, Jantar Mantar, Parliament House, Rajiv Chowk Metro Station, and Kashmere Gate Metro Station. These counters will operate from January 5 to 14, between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. and 5 p.m.

For more information on Republic Day Celebration 2026, individuals can visit https://rashtraparv.mod.gov.in/. Last year, due to high demand, passes were issued for the Full Dress Rehearsal of the parade, emphasizing the Ministry’s commitment to maximizing public participation in Republic Day Celebrations.
