Kohli, who achieved his ninth IPL century, became the most capped player in IPL history with 279 appearances. He also surpassed 14,000 runs in T20 cricket, achieving this milestone in just 409 innings, highlighting his exceptional performance.
David emphasized the demanding nature of finishing a game, praising Kohli’s fitness and endurance on the field. Kohli’s strategic gameplay and confidence were acknowledged by mentor Dinesh Karthik, who highlighted the captain’s clarity in guiding the team to success.
