Tripura Chief Minister Manik Saha highlighted the state government’s commitment to development and welfare initiatives led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Emphasizing infrastructure, healthcare, and public welfare, the government inaugurated 11 projects worth Rs 105.73 crore in southern Tripura’s Gomati district.
Saha underscored the focus on holistic development by both the Tripura and central governments under PM Modi’s leadership. He stressed the importance of healthcare, launching a screening program for non-communicable diseases to promote a ‘Sustho Tripura’ (Healthy Tripura).
The Chief Minister also discussed healthcare initiatives like the Mukhyamantri Niramaya Arogya Abhiyan and infrastructure projects aimed at enhancing connectivity and visibility. The state government’s efforts include strengthening healthcare services and accelerating developmental activities across Tripura.
Referring to the recent Destination Tripura Conclave 2026, Saha mentioned the positive investor response, exceeding expectations with investment proposals reaching Rs 1.21 lakh crore. The government’s commitment to infrastructure development and welfare schemes reflects its dedication to serving the people and fostering growth.
