Tripura Chief Minister Manik Saha emphasized that the progress of tribal people in the Tripura Tribal Areas Autonomous District Council (TTAADC) hinges on the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). Speaking at a BJP event in Gomati district, Saha highlighted the need for BJP candidates’ victory in the upcoming TTAADC elections to drive development in tribal regions.
Saha expressed the aim to build a new Tripura inclusive of all tribal communities. He welcomed 192 voters from 53 families into the BJP during the gathering. The Chief Minister emphasized the importance of BJP governance in the TTAADC for the advancement of its residents.
Asserting the BJP’s commitment to development, Saha praised the party’s work ethic and prioritization of public welfare. He credited Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s anti-corruption stance as a guiding principle for the BJP’s governance. Saha also reflected on the political transformation in Tripura under the BJP’s leadership, highlighting the party’s efforts to combat extremism and corruption.
