The TVK executive council meeting, spearheaded by actor-turned-politician Vijay, is scheduled for Monday in Agaramcheri, Vellore district, Tamil Nadu. Initially planned as a public rally expecting 25,000 attendees, the event has been transformed into an administrative session with 4,900 delegates following police directives. The meeting, restricted to registered members with QR-coded identity cards, will feature canopies, seating arrangements, and medical teams for attendee comfort and safety.
Attendance at the closed-door meeting, set from noon to 4 p.m., will be closely monitored, with provisions made for water distribution, medical assistance, and security. Organizers have ensured medical readiness with 10 teams, 15 ambulances, and 500 volunteers, including women, trained for crowd control. Traffic arrangements and security measures will be in place, especially as Vijay travels from Chennai, with strict protocols to prevent unauthorized vehicles from trailing his convoy.
