Union Health Minister J. P. Nadda visited Gujarat to participate in the closing session of the Vibrant Gujarat Regional Conference (VGRC) in Surat. He will speak at the event alongside Union Jal Shakti Minister C. R. Patil.
Before the final session, Nadda met with state BJP president Jagdish Vishwakarma in Ahmedabad. The conference, which ends on Saturday, has attracted senior political figures, diplomats, and industry representatives.
The VGRC-South Gujarat event has seen the presence of Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel, who will launch a book titled ‘South Gujarat – The Industrial Catalyst’ during the closing ceremony. State Finance Minister Kanu Desai will deliver the opening speech at the concluding session.
Delegates from partner countries and various organizations attended the conference, which began with inaugural remarks by Chief Minister Patel and Deputy Chief Minister Harsh Sanghavi at Auro University in Surat. Sanghavi emphasized the importance of regional industrial development and global partnerships in line with the vision of Viksit Bharat at 2047.
