Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge criticized the Union Budget 2026-27, citing a lack of policy vision and solutions for key socio-economic challenges. Kharge pointed out concerns regarding exports, trade, and structural reforms, emphasizing the absence of responses to economic and social issues. He expressed disappointment for farmers, the middle class, and marginalized sections, highlighting the need for a more comprehensive policy approach in the budget.
