The much-anticipated film ‘Parimala & Co’, directed by Pandiraaj and featuring Jayaram and Urvasi, is set to hit screens on June 5. Lyca Productions, one of the film’s production houses, shared the release date on social media, promising a blend of laughter and chaos. Director Pandiraaj revealed that the script for this film was born out of a challenge during the lockdown period.
The film, which marks Pandiraaj’s 12th directorial venture, is a mix of thriller and comedy genres. It revolves around a family, exploring the unique traits and challenges faced by each member. Starting in Chennai, the story will progress to Coimbatore and Palacode, offering a diverse narrative backdrop.
‘Parimala & Co’ boasts a talented cast, with Jayaram and Urvasi in lead roles, supported by Santhosh Sobhan and Sanchana Krishnamoorthy. Comedian Yogi Babu will have a significant role throughout the film, while director Mysskin portrays a police officer. Notable comedians Singam Puli and Baks also play important characters in the movie.
The film is a collaborative effort of Lyca Productions, Tamilkumaran Productions, and Pandiraaj’s Pasanga Productions, promising an engaging cinematic experience for audiences.
