The makers of the upcoming rural drama ‘Hai Lesso’ have disclosed the character played by actress Naksha Saran in the film on her birthday. Vajra Varahi Cinemas, the production house, shared a new poster of Naksha Saran as JESSY from the movie on social media. ‘Hai Lesso’ marks the directorial debut of Prasanna Kumar Kota and the production debut of Siva Cherry and Ravikiran under Vajra Varahi Cinemas.
The film, previously known as Production No. 1, stars Sudigaali Sudheer in the lead role for the fifth time. Actor Shivaji, known for his role in ‘Court: State Vs A Nobody’, will play the antagonist in this rural drama. Sources reveal that the film’s title ‘Hai Lesso’ is inspired by a common expression in farming communities.
The title poster released last year had a mythological and rustic theme, hinting at an intense storyline. ‘Hai Lesso’ features heroines Natasha Singh and Naksha Saran, along with Kannada actress Akshara Gowda in a pivotal role. The movie boasts a young and talented team of technicians handling various aspects, with music by Anudeep Dev and cinematography by Sujatha Siddarth.
