US forces, under the US Central Command (CENTCOM), have completed the 11th consecutive evening of strikes against Iran at 8:15 p.m. ET on Tuesday. CENTCOM targeted Iranian military operations centers, maritime capabilities, aircraft hangars, drone storage facilities, and military logistics infrastructure to diminish Iran’s ability to threaten commercial shipping in the Strait of Hormuz. Over the past three months, Iran has reportedly attacked more than 30 commercial vessels in the vital international waterway, endangering innocent mariners and disrupting freedom of navigation.

Despite Iranian aggression, the Strait of Hormuz remains open for commercial vessel transit, as confirmed by CENTCOM. Since early May, US forces have facilitated the transit of approximately 900 commercial vessels carrying around 450 million barrels of crude oil. On Tuesday, US forces initiated strikes against military targets in Iran for the 11th consecutive night, aiming to further weaken Iran’s capacity to pose a threat to commercial shipping in the region.

Iran’s armed forces announced missile and drone strikes against US bases, assets, and infrastructure in Bahrain, Kuwait, and Jordan in response to US attacks on Iran. The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) targeted US air defense systems, radar facilities, communications infrastructure, and other military assets in Bahrain and Kuwait, along with US military facilities in Jordan. The IRGC stated that these actions were retaliatory and intended to set the stage for broader missile and drone operations against US military targets in the area. Additionally, Iran’s army launched missile and drone strikes against several US military facilities in Kuwait and Bahrain, including Camp Arifjan, Ahmad al-Jaber Air Base, and Shaikh Isa Air Base.
