Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath emphasized the state’s shift from a culture of curfews to a rule of law, positioning it as a model of investment, innovation, and transparency. Adityanath stated that Uttar Pradesh has evolved into a revenue-surplus state, establishing itself as a hub for transformation over the past 8 to 8.5 years. The state government, led by the BJP, has prioritized a new synergy of “Technology, Trust, and Transformation” for development, fostering progress, transparency, and public trust.
Adityanath criticized the Opposition for their disrespectful behavior towards Governor Anandiben Patel during a discussion on the Motion of Thanks to the Governor’s Address. He condemned their actions, highlighting the importance of respecting the constitutional head of the state. The Chief Minister expressed that Uttar Pradesh has undergone significant positive changes, shedding its previous identity crisis caused by past governments’ narrow agendas.
The Chief Minister further highlighted the state’s transformation under the current government, emphasizing the eradication of lawlessness and disorder that previously plagued Uttar Pradesh. He pointed out the shift from a state of fear to one of faith, with a strong focus on law and order. Adityanath commended the state’s progress, noting the transition from a “Fear Zone” to a “Faith Zone,” where trust in security and governance has replaced fear, fostering a culture of celebration and development.
