Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath handed out appointment letters to 481 selected candidates from different categories, including AYUSH Department and Vocational Education. The ceremony, held at Lok Bhavan, saw the Chief Minister emphasizing the state government’s commitment to providing job opportunities under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s ‘Mission Rozgar’. Adityanath highlighted that over 9 lakh youths have secured government jobs through these initiatives.
Praising the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission and Subordinate Services Selection Commission, Adityanath credited the state’s high number of appointments to accountability, technology, and transparency. He stressed the government’s efforts in ensuring a fair and transparent recruitment process, free from political influence. The Chief Minister expressed pride in the state’s record-breaking distribution of appointment letters over the past nine years, attributing the success to the use of technology and accountability measures.
Adityanath underscored the importance of the AYUSH sector in attracting health tourism and promoting traditional treatment systems. He highlighted the need to strengthen Ayushman Arogya Mandirs in villages and encourage farmers to cultivate medicinal plants. The Chief Minister also lauded the growth of industries in Uttar Pradesh, noting a significant increase in the number of large industries from 14,000 to over 32,000 in the past nine years.
In a bid to modernize ITIs, the Chief Minister mentioned the collaboration with Tata Technologies and the introduction of certificate courses in emerging fields like Artificial Intelligence and Cyber Security. He emphasized the role of trained instructors in preparing skilled technicians and driving progress in various sectors. Adityanath highlighted the positive impact of the appointments on furthering the goals of the AYUSH Department and realizing Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision.
