Led by Somjeet Singh, Uttar Pradesh clinched their third national title, showcasing their dominance in Indian wheelchair cricket. In a closely contested match, Uttar Pradesh set a formidable total of 191/9 in 20 overs, with Haryana falling just 5 runs short at 186/8 in their chase.
Anil Singhaniya was awarded the Man of the Match for his outstanding all-round performance, contributing 27 runs and taking 2 wickets for Uttar Pradesh. The championship, held from May 3 to May 10, 2026, featured top teams in the country competing in a thrilling “Super 5” grand finale format, highlighting the pinnacle of wheelchair cricket in India.
