Ridhima Dilawari faced a setback on the final hole, double bogeying to end up in a play-off, ultimately losing to Vidhatri Urs in the Women’s Pro Golf Tour’s tenth leg. Vidhatri and Ridhima were tied at 2-under 214 after the third round.
In the play-off, Vidhatri clinched her first title of the season, breaking a 21-month winless streak. She secured victory by triumphing over Ridhima in the additional hole. Vidhatri’s last win was at the 11th Leg at Delhi Golf Club in September 2024.
During the tournament, Vidhatri encountered early challenges with bogeys on the fifth and seventh holes but rallied on the back nine with consecutive birdies on the 11th and 12th. She finished with a total of 214, setting the clubhouse target for the final pairing of Ridhima and Amandeep Drall.
Ridhima, who led by two strokes after the second round, appeared poised for victory with birdies on the 13th and 15th holes. However, a late bogey on the 16th followed by a double bogey on the final hole dashed her hopes. This misstep allowed Vidhatri to force a play-off and eventually claim the title.
Vani Kapoor, a strong contender, faltered towards the end with a double bogey on the 13th and finished third at even par 216. Amandeep Drall also struggled in the final round, settling for fourth place at 1-over 217 after a challenging performance.
