Yastika Bhatia and Radha Yadav are back in the Indian team for the 2026 Women’s T20 World Cup, alongside newcomer Nandni Sharma. The squad, announced at a press conference in Mumbai, includes captain Harmanpreet Kaur and will also play three T20Is against England.
Radha Yadav, who performed well in the T20I series in England last year, and Yastika Bhatia, returning from a knee surgery, have been selected. Nandni Sharma, known for her hat-trick in WPL 2026, strengthens the bowling lineup, which is missing key players due to injuries.
India, the first team from Group 1 to reveal their squad, will compete against Australia, South Africa, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and the Netherlands in the 2026 ICC Women’s T20 World Cup. The tournament starts on June 12, with India facing Pakistan in their opening match.
