Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath inaugurated the 10th lakh electric bus at Tata Motors’ Lucknow plant, lauding it as a significant milestone for the state’s industrial growth. The zero-emission bus, part of Tata Motors’ 600-acre facility operational since 1992, symbolizes the state’s progress as a global manufacturing hub. Adityanath expressed immense pride, highlighting the government’s efforts to boost Uttar Pradesh’s manufacturing sector.
The Chief Minister emphasized the historic significance of Tata Motors’ achievement, calling it a testament to India’s and Uttar Pradesh’s emergence as global manufacturing leaders. Adityanath underscored the state’s commitment to continuous development, aligning with Prime Minister Modi’s vision of skill development and innovation-driven growth. With over 5,600 employees, the plant has emerged as a vital center for job creation and youth empowerment through programs like ‘Lakshya.’
