In a swift move showcasing strong governance, the Uttar Pradesh government, under Yogi Adityanath, has filed the initial FIR in the sensitive Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra donation case. Acting promptly, the state directed the FIR registration at Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Police Station based on a complaint by Shri Krishna Mohan, a Trust member. The FIR lists eight accused, including Avinash Shukla, Anukalp Mishra, and others, along with unidentified individuals.
The case, filed under various sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, involves individuals allegedly linked to handling temple offerings. These accused are currently under interrogation. The Chief Minister’s proactive stance led to the formation of a Special Investigation Team following reports of mismanagement in donations. The SIT, headed by senior officers like Vijay Vishwas Pant, submitted a preliminary report, resulting in the recent FIR against the accused.
Yogi Adityanath’s firm commitment to upholding devotees’ sentiments is evident in his actions. He has emphasized that those involved in misusing donations meant for Lord Ram will face consequences. The ongoing impartial investigation by the SIT aims to ensure accountability and justice for any wrongdoing. The government’s decisive actions under CM Yogi’s leadership signal a zero-tolerance approach towards corruption, especially in matters of faith.
