Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath recently held a meeting with former Union minister Smriti Irani at his office in Lucknow. The discussions primarily focused on matters concerning women empowerment and the progress of development projects in Amethi, Irani’s former Lok Sabha constituency. Following the meeting, Irani shared details of the courtesy visit on social media, emphasizing the dedication of Chief Minister Adityanath towards the advancement of Uttar Pradesh.

During the day, Chief Minister Adityanath also engaged with other officials and party colleagues at his office in Lucknow. Various individuals, including District Magistrates and Cabinet Ministers, paid courtesy visits to discuss the implementation and progress of development initiatives in their respective areas. Additionally, MLA Jai Pratap Singh from Bansi Assembly Constituency in Siddharthnagar District also met with the Chief Minister during the day.

Earlier, Chief Minister Adityanath expanded his Council of Ministers by inducting six new ministers and elevating two Ministers of State. This move was seen as an effort to maintain a balance across caste, regional, and organizational considerations within the government setup.
