Kolkata, Jan 19 (IANS) A demand has been made for the deployment of central paramilitary forces in the violence-prone area of Beldanga in West Bengal’s Murshidabad district. An application has been filed to register a public interest litigation (PIL) at the Calcutta High Court, sources in the court said on Monday.Calcutta High Court Chief Justice Sujoy Paul has granted permission to file the case.
