New Delhi, July 17 (IANS) Taking serious note of the persistent waterlogging at Dera Mandi Road near Mandi Village, Delhi PWD and Water Minister Parvesh Sahib Singh on Friday inspected the Chhatarpur area and announced measures to address the problem.
