Patna, Jan 10 (IANS) Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) spokesperson Shakti Singh Yadav on Saturday alleged that a conspiracy is underway to loot the state treasury, claiming that Bihar’s financial resources are being squandered through wasteful expenditure.
